This Privacy Policy explains how PairPilotFX handles information in connection with its website, internal publishing automation, and Google/YouTube authorization.
1. Information we collect
PairPilotFX does not currently offer public user accounts through this website. We may receive information that you voluntarily provide when contacting us by email.
Our private publishing system uses Google OAuth to connect to the PairPilot FX YouTube channel. For that integration, the application requests:
- YouTube read-only access to identify and validate the connected YouTube channel.
- YouTube upload access to upload PairPilotFX-created videos and Shorts to that channel.
PairPilotFX does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, passwords, payment information, or unrelated Google Account data through this integration.
2. How Google and YouTube data is used
Google/YouTube authorization data is used only to operate the PairPilotFX publishing workflow, confirm the connected channel, and upload PairPilotFX-created video content.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except when necessary to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights or security, or when expressly authorized by the account holder.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy
PairPilotFX handles information obtained through Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy , including its Limited Use requirements.
4. OAuth credentials and security
OAuth access and refresh credentials used by the PairPilotFX publishing system are stored on PairPilotFX-controlled infrastructure and are used only by the publishing service. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data retention
OAuth credentials are retained while the YouTube integration remains connected and operational. Operational logs and publishing records may be retained as needed for reliability, auditability, troubleshooting, and security. We aim to avoid storing unnecessary Google user data.
6. Revoking Google access
Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account's third-party connections or security settings. Revoking access prevents PairPilotFX from using the affected Google/YouTube authorization until authorization is completed again.

7. Website data
This website is intended primarily as an informational site. If hosting or security providers process basic technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps, browser information, or server logs, that information may be processed for delivery, abuse prevention, and security.
8. Children
PairPilotFX services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website or the YouTube publishing integration.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as PairPilotFX evolves. The “Last updated” date above will be changed when material revisions are published.
