These Terms of Service govern use of the PairPilotFX website and informational content. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Educational purpose
PairPilotFX provides educational market commentary, trading-process education, structured decision-support content, and related informational materials. PairPilotFX does not provide individualized investment, financial, legal, tax, or brokerage advice.
2. No recommendation or guarantee
Nothing on PairPilotFX should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any currency, security, derivative, commodity, or other financial instrument. Markets involve risk, and past performance, market structure, scenarios, or historical observations do not guarantee future results.
You are responsible for your own decisions, research, risk controls, and compliance with laws and regulations applicable to you.
3. PairPilotFX publishing automation
PairPilotFX operates private internal automation used to prepare and publish PairPilotFX-created content. Its Google/YouTube integration is used to connect the PairPilot FX YouTube channel and upload PairPilotFX-created videos and Shorts. This internal integration is not currently offered as a public account-connection product.
4. Acceptable use
You may use this website for lawful informational purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, gain unauthorized access to, or misuse the website, its infrastructure, or related systems.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, PairPilotFX branding, original written content, graphics, videos, and other original materials are owned by PairPilotFX or used with permission. These terms do not transfer ownership of PairPilotFX intellectual property.
6. Third-party services
PairPilotFX may rely on third-party platforms or services, including Google and YouTube. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, changes, suspensions, or other actions taken by third-party providers.
7. Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or related services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, PairPilotFX content and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PairPilotFX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its informational content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
